What happens when you hit that button
- 1.I go back through the customers you already served. The ones from last spring. The ones from three years ago.
- 2.The happy ones get asked. At the moment they are most likely to say yes.Which is not the moment you think it is.
- 3.Anyone who is not happy reaches you first. Before your Google page hears about it. One bad one weighs more than ten good ones, and you know that because you read them the same way.
- 4.Your crew does not have to touch it.If they do ask on site, it works even better. This just means it happens whether they remember or not.
- 5.Anyone who needs a tune up, a repair or a new system books straight onto your calendar.Out of those same customers. This never goes outside your own list.
- 6.It costs money. It costs me money, not you.The texts, the system, the time. That is my side of it.
Think how you pick a restaurant you’ve never been to. You look at the stars. Nobody is doing anything different when they look for you.
If you close this tab
Nothing happens tomorrow. Here is what happens slowly.
- A homeowner comparing two shops cannot tell you apart, so he decides on the only number in front of him.
- Word of mouth stays your biggest channel. Which caps you at how many people happen to already know somebody.
- And when somebody who does not know anybody goes looking, there is nothing there to find.
The thing we all hate, but it is happening anyway
People are asking AI who to call.
Not more every year. More and more as the days go by, as we push into a world where AI starts making the decisions for us.
We might not like it. But a lot of homeowners are not scrolling a list of ten shops any more, and they are not all asking a neighbour either. They ask the robot, and they get given one or two names.
And before it hands those names over, one of the biggest things it reads is your reviews.
And recent beats lots.
A big shop with hundreds of reviews and not one in the past year loses to the shop with fifty from the last few months.
A pile of old five star reviews reads to AI as a shop that used to be busy… not any more.
So you are not hundreds of reviews behind that top guy to get recommended by AI. You are weeks to months of consistency away. Not years.
Your Google profile and your social media matter too.
Reviews are just the piece you already earned.
So why would I front the cash to run this for you
Because I want to be THE GUY in your phone.
The one you text when something technical needs doing and you do not want to sit there working it out yourself. Your AI guy. Your tech guy. I cannot force anybody into that, and I am not going to try on an email.
So I would rather just show you I will work hard for you, on my own money, and let you decide after.
Every one of these costs me money to run for the two weeks. The texts, the system, the time. It costs you none of it. (Except a little of that time.)
So I cannot fire it off at everybody at once, and I would rather run a few of them properly than a lot of them badly.
Before you put your number in
Couldn't I just do this myself?
The part that isn't a Saturday is doing it again the week after for everybody who didn't answer, and again the week after that. That's the part that stopped last time. The pile is still sitting there.
So you're going to spam my customers?
Anybody who says stop is done forever, first message, no second try. And none of these people are strangers. Every one of them either asked you for a price or already paid you.
Why would I trust you with my customer list?
The first money that changes hands is after an estimate is already sitting on your calendar. If none land, there's nothing to bill you for.
What if I don't have many old quotes sitting there?
Either way it's worth running, because if nothing comes back, nothing gets billed. The only thing it costs you is a bit of time answering questions about how your business runs.
What do you need from me?
You don't write anything, you don't learn anything, and you don't change how you work. I set it up and it runs while you're out on a job.
What does it cost?
I'll give you the actual number on the call. It's one number and there's nothing else under it.
P.S. Two weeks, free, and I do the work. You do not need to change anything about how you run jobs, and there is nothing to cancel at the end of it.
